How this guide is put together.
Our approach to provider sources, medical information and clearly labelled commercial placement.
Provider information
Clinic and doctor details are drawn from official provider websites and the supplied provider roster. Training, roles and services are described according to the available source; society membership is not presented as board certification. Provider descriptions are original summaries, not independent assessments of clinical performance.
A provider’s website can change. Verify appointment arrangements, the treating doctor, service availability and the final treatment plan directly before committing. We do not publish invented ratings, patient testimonials, results or prices.
Health information
Treatment guides use patient information from medical organisations, regulators and clinical sources, linked on the relevant page. The guides explain options and limitations; they cannot determine whether a procedure is appropriate for you. No clinician review is claimed unless a named, documented review is shown.
We keep diagnosis, benefits and risks distinct from provider marketing. Device availability does not itself demonstrate suitability or regulatory authorisation for every use. Recommendations are starting points for a consultation, not guarantees of safety or outcome.
Promoted placement
Providers on PB and Scaleup commercial plans receive priority among listings relevant to a page or your filters. They are labelled Promoted and rotated within that priority group. Other eligible providers follow. There is no clinical hierarchy implied between the two commercial plans.
Your location and service filters determine eligibility before placement priority is applied. A sponsored listing does not override a doctor’s assessment or mean the clinic has better outcomes. Compare the information behind each profile.
Images and contact routes
Clinic and doctor images identify the actual provider where available. Editorial diagrams explain planning concepts and are not patient results. We do not use synthetic portraits as real doctors or create before-and-after evidence.
Provider referral buttons link to international websites when a verified route is available. A missing referral button does not mean a clinic is closed. It means this guide does not provide an international website link for that listing.
